[Cash-on-delivery] Why can't I pay by cash-on-delivery? (ENG)

The cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method may be currently unavailable for your Shopee account due to the following reasons:

1. Within the last 90 days, you have rejected COD packages delivered to you 2 times or more. This payment option will be suspended for 90 days. Failed transactions are caused by refusal to accept COD orders and failure to receive the package after the 2nd delivery attempt. 

⚠️Note 

• To be able to pay by COD again, reactivation of the COD payment option is 90 days from the first failed COD order that was tagged as invalid or canceled. During this time, you may choose to pay for your purchase through Shopee Supported Payment Methods.

• If you still can’t access the COD payment option 24 hours after the 90-day suspension lapses, try basic troubleshooting to refresh your app.

• It is important to note that frequent multiple failed deliveries may result in you being unable to use COD as a payment option in the future.

2. Seller does not have a COD option or it is disabled. You may ask the seller to enable their COD option. Please note that COD is only supported by Shopee’s Integrated Couriers.

3. Suspicious activity was observed when you made an order with COD payment. Contact Shopee Customer Service if you're not sure why this happened.

4. Non-Serviceable location/Unsupported Address. The availability of COD is dependent on the courier’s delivery matrix.

5. Checkout of multiple orders with different shipping options is not available. For multiple orders in one check-out, all products must have the COD option. Otherwise, the COD payment option will be unavailable.
